How hard is it to import a custom made Joomla template into Joomla?

I am meditative of shopping the joomla template from template beast as well as importing it in to joomla.

How tough have been they to import? Is it block as well as fool around easy? Or will we need to configure plugins etc.

    Its not that hard to install a theme all you need to is uplaod the zip file and follow the instructions in your Joomla admin
