There are pretty templates available (google "web templates" and you will find one million entries). However, you could just use them as guidance: 90% of templates are just good images that were designed for a given screen resolution, do not adapt to others (liquid layout) and do not work on all browsers... CSS templates follow the same pattern of errors: the "styles" are still not well standarised, and many browsers react differently to different style commands... For efficiency and professionalism, write your own! By definition, “professional” and “template” do not mix!
