However I do know one option which is called free monthly templates. It's not for iWeb though. :) But you might find it useful if you were to take the templates and modify them using a html tool. What happens is that they give you a 10 page website on a specific niche every month. Once you have these free monthly templates then you could upload them to your host - if you wanted.
